DIY Mason Jar Lid Ornaments

DIY Mason Jar Lid Ornaments

I have made so many Mason Jar Crafts, I just can’t get enough of them. I always keep a couple of cases on hand in the craft room in case I have children visiting or I find a new Mason Jar idea I haven’t done yet. This Mason Jar Lid Ornament tutorial I found on Youtube was really great for me because I have made so many projects involving just the jar, it has left me with a box full of lone lids. The other best thing about this project is the fact that I love Christmas Wreaths, but I always make large ones for the doors, why haven’t I thought of these cute mini wreaths before?  So to get this Rustic Farmhouse Christmas Decor started I first got all my materials together, I used thick pipe cleaners and small Christmas Garland Tinsel from Dollar Tree, Mason Jar lids, rustic rope twine, and of course my trusty glue gun. I first started this project by wrapping my cheap Dollar Tree garland around the Mason Jar lid bands and securing with hot glue at the end of the wrap. Each DIY Mason Jar Lid Band Wreath will take about three feet of garland tinsel.

Then I added some tiny Christmas Balls I found at Michael’s craft store, as my final embellishment.

I cannot stress enough there is no right or wrong way to do these DIY Mason Jar Lid Wreath Ornaments, you can wrap them in twine, burlap, use pipe cleaners, really anything that wraps around something will work. I hope you enjoy these as much as I did. This is a gorgeous project that costs very little.
